This tropical plant is known for its single slender trunk that gradually widens towards the top and its long, arching, orange and yellow leaves. Although it’s not the easiest plant to care for, with a little bit of patience and the right method, you can grow your own Bottle Palm tree from seed.<\/p>\n

Place the seeds in a pot of well-draining soil and water them generously. Place the pot in a sunny spot and keep the soil moist. The seedlings will emerge in 4-8 weeks. Once they are 4-6 inches tall, transplant them to individual pots.<\/p>\n
