Can you make boards out of palm trees

Should you soak wood in water before carving?
Soaking wood does make it easier to carve. However, as the wood dries, it can potentially crack and even become more brittle overall. To soften wood for carving, the better option is to spray a 50/50 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water onto the wood as you carve, and use a very sharp knife.

What can you not do with a palm tree?
There are a few things to avoid when caring for palm trees:

-Not using fertilizer
-Not using good soil
-Planting them in the wrong climate
-Causing sunburn
-Pruning too much
It is generally okay to hammer a nail into a tree. The nail would most likely be inserted about an inch to an inch and a half into the bark. The tree should be able to compartmentalize and heal the wound around it.
How do you attach something to a palm tree
You will need to drill a hole in each tree about five feet above the ground. Be sure to drill the hole all the way through the tree. The more holes you drill, the more likely it is that the tree will be successfully felled.

Should you remove boots from palm trees?
